1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED, trading as Fan Travel World ("FTW", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Fan Travel World website at fantravelworld.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service — including browsing, creating an account, or completing a purchase — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

Single-Vendor Resale Marketplace Structure

Fan Travel World is operated by GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED (Malta), acting as a single-vendor resale marketplace. Understanding our structure is important for knowing your rights:

Marketplace Operator and Contract Counterparty

GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED (Malta) is the entity you contract with when you purchase a ticket through our Service. We are responsible for payment processing, ticket delivery, refunds, guarantees, and customer support. Your legal and contractual relationship is exclusively with GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED.

Affiliated Supplier

Our exclusive ticket inventory is sourced through our affiliated supplier entity located in the United Arab Emirates, which obtains tickets through authorised resale channels. This affiliated supplier may perform fulfilment activities on our behalf and under our instructions.

When you purchase a ticket, your legal relationship is with GAL & CO Malta. This does NOT diminish your contractual rights against us — all obligations (delivery, guarantees, refunds) are the responsibility of GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED, regardless of which entity executes fulfilment.

4.Eligibility

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under your jurisdiction's laws.
  • Account Accuracy: You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • Geographic Availability: The Service is available where not prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions.

5.Marketplace Disclosure

⚠️ Important — Resale Marketplace Notice

Fan Travel World operates as a RESALE MARKETPLACE for live event tickets. We are NOT the primary seller, organiser, venue, league, federation, rights holder, or official partner of FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, or any other event organiser, team, or venue featured on our platform.

Tickets sold through our Service have been sourced from authorised resale channels by our affiliated supplier entity in the United Arab Emirates. We are an independent secondary marketplace with no affiliation with any official rights holder, primary ticket issuer, or event organiser.

All trademarks, event names, logos, and intellectual property referenced on our platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only.

Ticket prices on our platform are determined by secondary market supply and demand and may be above or below the original face value. The purchase price is not indicative of, nor guaranteed to reflect, the face value of the ticket.

6.User Accounts

6.1 Registration

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

6.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

6.3 Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. See Section 21.

7.Pricing, Fees and Payment

7.1 Pricing Transparency

All fees, service charges, and applicable taxes are disclosed to you BEFORE you complete checkout. The total amount shown at the checkout confirmation screen is the final price payable. There are no hidden charges.
  • Ticket prices are set by GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED and reflect secondary market conditions. They may be above or below face value.
  • Service fees are included in the displayed price or itemised at checkout.
  • Taxes (including applicable VAT) are displayed at checkout.
  • Currency: prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the listing. Conversions are shown at checkout.
  • Payment processing is handled by GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED (Malta).

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets as displayed at checkout. GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED does not store full payment card numbers.

7.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, no ticket will be issued and no booking will be confirmed.

7.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through [email protected] constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

8.Ticket Listings

  • Each listing represents tickets for one specific event, on one specific date, in one specific seating category.
  • Ticket quantities are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Listing descriptions are provided in good faith based on information available to us.
  • We reserve the right to remove or amend listings at any time.
  • In the event of a discrepancy between a listing and the actual ticket, we will notify you and offer a comparable replacement or full refund.

9.Ticket Delivery

9.1 Delivery Method

Tickets are delivered digitally via e-ticket (PDF), mobile transfer, or official platform transfer, as specified in the listing. Delivery is executed by GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED or our affiliated supplier entity on our behalf. GAL & CO Malta remains responsible for timely and accurate delivery regardless of which entity executes the fulfilment.

9.3 Buyer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the email address registered to your account is monitored and accessible.
  • Check spam/junk folders if tickets are not received within the expected timeframe.
  • Contact [email protected] immediately if tickets are not received.

9.4 Re-delivery

Re-delivery is available free of charge upon request, provided the request is made before the event starts.

10.Buyer Guarantee

✓ GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED Buyer Guarantee

These guarantees are honoured by GAL & CO Malta regardless of which entity executes fulfilment.

  1. Authenticity Guarantee: all tickets sold through our platform are valid and authentic. If a ticket is found to be invalid or fraudulent through no fault of the buyer, GAL & CO Malta will provide a comparable replacement ticket or a full refund of the purchase price including fees.
  2. Timely Delivery Guarantee: tickets will be delivered before the event start time. If tickets are not delivered in time through our fault or the fault of our affiliated supplier, GAL & CO Malta will issue a full refund.
  3. Entry Access Guarantee: if a buyer is denied entry due to a fault with the ticket attributable to FTW or our affiliated supplier (and not due to the buyer's own actions or failure to comply with event requirements), GAL & CO Malta will issue a full refund of the purchase price including fees.

The Buyer Guarantee does not apply where: (a) the buyer is denied entry due to their own conduct; (b) the buyer provides incorrect delivery details; or (c) the ticket issue arises from an event organiser's decision to invalidate resale tickets (in which case we will use reasonable efforts to obtain a replacement or issue a refund).

11.Refunds and Cancellations

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the event date, including your order number and description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights: where applicable under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) or Maltese Consumer Affairs Act, your statutory rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms. Pursuant to Article 16(l) of the Consumer Rights Directive, contracts for leisure services for a specific date are typically exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right; however, your rights under Sections 10 and 11 remain fully applicable.

12.Risks of Live Events

  • Events may be cancelled, postponed, or modified by the organiser at any time.
  • FTW is not responsible for: event quality; artist or team performance; weather-related cancellations; restricted views where disclosed in the listing.
  • You are solely responsible for your travel, accommodation, and ancillary arrangements. GAL & CO Malta accepts no liability for costs incurred in connection with cancelled or modified events.
  • Entry is subject to the venue's own terms and conditions.

13.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Engage in identity theft or impersonation of any person or entity.
  • Resell or transfer tickets purchased from FTW through any platform other than FTW.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or scrape the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

14.Intellectual Property

The Service and all content — including software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are the property of GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial ticket purchases. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Third-party trademarks, event names, and league logos used on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

15.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The Buyer Guarantee in Section 10 applies to ticket authenticity, delivery, and entry access.
  • Nothing in this section excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.

16.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED's total aggregate liability shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the total amount paid by you to FTW in the 12 months preceding the incident; or (b) €1,000.

GAL & CO Malta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from your inability to access or use the Service.
  • Costs of substitute services.

Mandatory Consumer Rights: nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU law or the Maltese Consumer Affairs Act.

US Users: some US states, including California, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If you reside in such a state, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

17.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated entities, and agents from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful acts.
  • Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Service.

18.Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at [email protected] with a description of your claim. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

18.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Where applicable EU consumer protection law provides mandatory rights, those rights are preserved regardless of the choice of governing law.

18.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to Sections 18.4 and 18.5, legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the Civil Court of Malta.

18.4 EU Online Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact the Malta Arbitration Centre or Consumer Claims Tribunal of Malta.

18.5 California Users

California Residents — Dispute Resolution

If you are a California resident, you may elect individual binding arbitration as an alternative to litigation in the Civil Court of Malta, conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under their consumer arbitration rules. This election must be made in writing to [email protected] within 60 days of the dispute arising.

Nothing in this section prevents California residents from exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other California consumer protection laws before the appropriate California authority.

18.6 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by applicable EU or California consumer law.

19.Force Majeure

GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, government orders, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service failures (including our affiliated supplier). In such events, GAL & CO Malta will use reasonable efforts to notify affected buyers and provide a suitable remedy.

20.Modifications

When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
  • Notify you by email and/or display a prominent notice on our website.
  • Provide at least 30 days' advance notice before material changes take effect.

Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

21.Termination

21.1 Termination by GAL & CO

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

21.2 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not affect orders already placed.

21.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 14, 16, 17, 18, and 22 survive termination.

22.Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED regarding the Service.

24.DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good faith statement that the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised agent.

25.Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Codes are valid only for the specified period and may be subject to minimum spend requirements.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. GAL & CO Malta does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

27.Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from GAL & CO CORPORATE LIMITED, including order confirmations, ticket delivery, and service-related notices. Electronic notices sent to your registered email address satisfy any legal requirement for written notices.

Transactional communications are necessary for contract performance and cannot be opted out of while you hold an active account. Marketing communications require separate consent under our Privacy Policy.
